It is OK for the client and server that both use English as the locale. Character Encoding - The FTP client and the FTP server don't negotiate on the character encoding.Traffic to other ports will need to be added to the firewall rules. Firewall issue - Modern corporate firewall is stopping non-HTTPS traffic by default.
